Since day one our goal has been to be not only the biggest but also the best web agencies in the Nordics, and throughout the years we have expanded our operations from Sweden to Finland. Today, we have more than 20 employees in both Sweden and Finland, with headquarters in Malmö, Sweden. In the next few years, further growth is on the agenda!

Intendit is currently looking for a highly driven and motivated Account Manager to join their small, but rapidly growing Finnish “powerhouse” of proactive doers in Vantaa, Finland. As an Account Manager you have an important role in acquiring and retaining customers and so, growing the already stable customer-base in Finland. More specifically, you will meetup with potential customer stakeholders and present company solutions favorably face-to-face, negotiate contracts and close agreements, as well as take care of administrative tasks such as preparing reports on account statuses. In this role, you will mainly cover the Helsinki metropolitan area, but some sales trips to other areas in Finland will occur, and so, you will serve as the lead point of contact for all Finnish customers. Nonetheless, while the focus of acquisition is on new customers, you will have the full support of two external bookers.

In this role you will be a part of a Nordic cross-functional team. More specifically, you will work in close cooperation with the Web Designers to ensure timely and successful delivery of the products, and so, keep the customers satisfied and engaged with the products throughout the entire order-to-delivery process. Whether it’s a face-to-face meeting, writing an email or talking on the phone, you will first and foremost need excellent communication skills, not only with customers but with your own team as well.

  • Some prior experience in sales and willingness to grow as a sales professional
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to take ownership and an overall positive “can-do” attitude
  • Fluent Finnish, Swedish and English communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license (B)


  • Previous experience within web design, CMS, e-commerce, etc.
