A key distinctive feature of the firm is the strength and depth of the local teams; built on the premise that a fully local approach is required to identify and best exploit the various opportunities that are present across the Nordic region. NREP has maintained an office in each of its core markets in Denmark, Sweden and Finland and in 2015 they opened an office in Norway. Since its inception, NREP has raised 12 funds and executed over 220 property acquisitions and developments in the Nordic region, of which over 80 have been exited. They currently have assets under management of € 4 billion and have been named the most consistently outperforming private equity real estate investment manager by Preqin. Due to continued growth of the business, NREP is recruiting a part-time Analyst to strengthen the in-house Finance team in Finland.

NREP is looking for a part-time Analyst to join their Finance, Reporting & Group team in Helsinki. As an Analyst you will be supporting the team with diverse financial management related tasks and get to develop professional skills e.g. in transaction support and loan documentation. 

Your work includes for example:

  • Tasks related to finances and banking relations such as preparing company documentation and loan agreements, reconciliation of accounts, KYC processes, and reporting covenants
  • Tasks related to founding companies, e.g. company law processes, board minutes, and various documentation needed
  • Gathering and analyzing relevant data for transaction purposes and decision making
  • Overall, providing various administrative tasks and supporting in different development projects

You can work besides your studies with flexible working hours (minimum required working time is about 3 days per week). Once you have graduated we hope you can become a full-time member of NREP’s team.

Your background and skills:

  • You have 1-2 years left of your university-level studies from a relevant field (e.g. accounting)
  • You work accurately in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn more while taking responsibility 
  • You are able to work independently as well as being a trusted team player 
  • You have good skills with Excel in addition to fluent written and spoken Finnish and English

Work experience besides studies from financial management is seen as an advantage.
