We are now looking for a Business Consultant to join our RELEX family of extraordinary people! RELEX is a mix of startup mentality and corporate reliability. Business Consultant’s role is ideal for a talented person who wants to be part of building a success story and have fun while doing it.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Business Consultant you will work in various customer projects. This includes consulting customers with the RELEX solution by conducting supply chain related analysis or supporting implementation projects of RELEX solution, e.g. by functional configuration of the environment. Also, you will be in continuous contact with your assigned customer(s) to ensure that RELEX provides daily value, to develop their RELEX solution further and to seek new upsell potential.

You may quickly develop to managing RELEX implementation projects or working as a service manager with full customer responsibility in ensuring continuous customer success and development. Longer term, you may develop towards a deeper expertise in supply chain optimization or having sales responsibility. The role is suitable for a recent graduate or for a bit more experienced professional as the tasks can be modified according to the selected candidate’s interest and competence.

What we expect from you:

  • Relevant study background (e.g. Industrial Management, Information Networks, Business Technology, Logistics, Economics and Business Administration)
  • Prior work experience gained in supply chain management, project/service management, management consulting or corporate IT/enterprise software (e.g. from internships, summer jobs or first full-time job)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-oriented mindset and proactive attitude towards work – You enjoy taking responsibility and working with customers but also ask for help when needed
  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and in English (written and spoken)

In addition, fluency in Nordic languages, German, French, Spanish or Italian and/or experience in sales are considered as a great plus.
