If yes, keep on reading, as Zapflow is now looking for a Community Manager to become the key driver in promoting and growing a brand new digital ecosystem for the private equity industry in collaboration with Mandatum Life! 

As Zapflow’s Community Manager your task will be to drive activity and enable growth of the ecosystem via demonstrating the value proposition to investing teams and vendors. Your success in the role is measured by the ecosystem KPIs, customer satisfaction, renewals and revenue growth. In practice this means that you will be directly (both live and remotely) interacting with top-tier clientele e.g. from private equity and venture capital teams, investments banks, law firms and strategy consulting companies (Big Four), both promoting, onboarding and nurturing their roles as part of the ecosystem – with stellar customer satisfaction as your ultimate goal. Digging deeper into your regular work day, you arrange and participate in client meetings, create marketing messages and generate campaigns via various channels but also moderate and improve vendors’ marketing material to fit the platform even better. As hinted, Mandatum Life will play a significant role from your point-of-view as you’ll plan and execute the marketing plan in close collaboration.   

In the position you will be part of the sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales. Due to the role combining more conventional marketing duties such as copywriting and campaign management with the frontline client work through meetings and negotiations, we anticipate you to be an agile generalist. We expect you to have hands-on marketing experience combined with the ability to consultatively negotiate with authoritative stakeholders. Thus, in order to thrive and succeed in the role you need to have the required knowledge base combined with strong motivation to take command of a highly autonomous role in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment. All related (marketing, business development, sales, consulting) work experience will be considered to your advantage. Moreover, as you will be in constant contact with demanding top-tier clients and related stakeholders, it is vital to already know or be willing to swiftly learn the essence of the private equity market, not to mention to possess the motivation to engage into ambitious talks with industry professionals. Fluent English is a must alongside fluid Finnish in order for you to convince our audience both via text and speech. Despite the highly autonomous role, you work together with sales, product and customer success teams to foster the growth of the ecosystem.
