Lola&Lykke is a global community-driven online support platform that provides new parents access to holistic support and integrated care. To add to their portfolio of award-winning health and wellness products for mums, they offer mums valuable information, expert advice, and ante/postnatal education. Lola&Lykke´s goal is that every parent gets evidence-based information, comprehensive human support, and health products needed to thrive physically, mentally and professionally, throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

 

 

Lola&Lykke is now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their growing, international team. Lola&Lykke prides itself with world-class customer support, with every customer encounter considered equally important and meaningful for the business. The person they are looking for will have a key role in ensuring Lola&Lykke´s customers are fully supported and that the Lola&Lykke customer community is nurtured to the highest standards.

As part of Lola&Lykke´s team you will be providing high-quality professional service to their B2C customers across several geographic regions by assisting them to solve pre and post purchase related problems or support with various requests regarding Lola&Lykke’s products and services.

You will be helping customers globally, via chat, email or phone and the customer queries can vary from deliveries and return policies to helping mums cope with daily-life situations. Acting as a point of contact to their customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution for each case. You will constantly interact with other departments within the company as well as third parties. To answer customer queries, you will get support from the whole team and healthcare specialists working in collaboration with Lola&Lykke. In addition to customer support responsibilities, you’ll get to participate in other interesting projects. These might include content creation, assistance with website development or helping to coordinate various campaigns and initiatives.

The Customer Support Specialist Lola&Lykke is looking for, possesses a never-ending desire to continuously develop and a passion for helping mums in different circumstances. You should be a natural problem solver and eager to actively improve the internal processes and ways of doing things around you. You should also thrive on working with new subject areas independently with great speed – Lola&Lykke is looking for someone with an open-minded and positive attitude who tackles new tasks and questions with tremendous drive. You should ask a lot of questions and be eager to learn new things – but you should also be analytical and ready to answer your own questions. Strong skills in IT, a systematic approach and great communication skills are also needed to be successful in this role.

We expect you to:

  • Have relevant study background and previous working experience, preferably in customer service or customer support
  • Have the ability to work independently and proactively in a geographically dispersed team. You’re also talented in collaborating with different stakeholders
  • Be self-driven and enjoy investigating issues and reaching solutions
  • Have a passionate and emphatic working approach towards customer service and supporting mums around the world
  • Be eager to learn and develop your expertise with Lola&Lykke products, working environment and customers
  • Have a collaborative and adaptable personality to face Lola&Lykke’s growth, and turn challenges into success
  • Have natural problem solving skills and an ability to see problems from a bird’s eye view, identifying the core of the problem, and providing creative solutions
  • Be fully proficient in English, Finnish and German, verbally and in writing
  • As you will play an important role in taking Lola Lykke´s customer support to the next level, you should desire to go above and beyond to produce the best results

We consider as an asset:

  • Previous experience with Zendesk – customer service software
  • International background e.g. study background
