Columbia Road is an independent Futurice subsidiary challenging the old ways of running e-commerce and digital business. At Columbia Road, we believe that marketing and sales should be a joint effort. Marketing is not an add-on; it is in the core of digital sales. Digital marketers should be working right alongside the team developing digital sales. We are committed to creating real change in our field.

We are growing, which means we need more members to our team of dedicated people to drive this change. We seek digital marketers with an analytical mindset to work on some of the most interesting customer cases in the field. You will have an important role in helping our customers grow their business and tackle their bottlenecks. Of course, you don’t have to be a ready-made guru, as we want you to learn and grow with us. 

In your day to day work you will be working on a couple of projects simultaneously for versatile customers. As no two cases are identical, you will be learning rapidly and gaining insights from numerous perspectives. We hope you get excited about data and have real eagerness for improving customer experience at all stages of the customer journey, beginning from brand awareness and ending at a successful purchase. 

In our work, it is important to “see the forest for the trees”, which means we have to bring clarity by painting an exact and articulate picture of the current scenario, from which we generate concrete next steps and solutions. This means you have to be able to see the bigger picture and also have hands-on skills in implementing the solutions; we especially hope you have experience in running SEM, SEO and/or analytics operations. 

We hope you are:

  • Ambitious and results-oriented
  • Analytical and have the ability to think outside the box
  • Curious and eager to learn new things
  • Fluent in English and Finnish
  • Equipped with 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Equipped with a basic understanding of modern marketing practises and technologies (extra points for experience with e-commerce and webshops)
  • Equipped with hands-on experience in at least one of the fields below:
    • SEM experience (Google Ads)
    • Web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)
    • Content and technical SEO
    • Tag management (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
    • Other digital advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube)
    • Marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot)
