Future Electronics is now looking for an energetic and number savvy people person to join their Branch Sales Team of seven team members as an Inside Sales Representative. The prime responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative role is to develop business relationships with current and potential customers by working with the Strategic Account Manager in order to generate sales for the company. You will be involved in different projects that usually take around 2-3 years, in addition to that you will be looking for completely new projects. Your main task is to delight the customer.

You will be making sure that the customers will get solutions to their problems and that it happens on time. You will be also checking that the clients are aware of all of the alternatives that they have by presenting new designs and devices. Besides that you will be negotiating about the volumes, making quotes and forming the best prices. You will be also working with Excel and CRM-system and attending to different meetings and webinars.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a self-starter mindset and is able to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask. The ideal candidate is also precise with numbers, motivated to learn new things and isn’t afraid of working with unfamiliar terminology or asking for help when needed. It is also important that the candidate is good with people and has the ability to work in teams and with different stakeholders as the role requires being in touch with various different operators. You can be recently graduated and you don’t have to have earlier experience from similar tasks but Future Electronics hopes that you already have earlier experience at least from customer service and motivation to learn more about electronics and sales.

In this position you will be working at Future Electronics’ office in Vantaa, so you should be eligible to work in the EU. Some travelling may be required, so Future Electronics hopes that you have readiness for that.

Future Electronics requires from you:

  • A technical / commercial study background
  • Previous work experience from customer service or from international environment
  • Good MS Office skills, such as Excel
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Finnish

Future Electronics considers as an asset:

  • Earlier experience from sales
  • Knowledge from ERP / CRM-systems, such as SAP or Salesforce
  • Other language skills
