We’re now looking for a customer-oriented Migration Solution Consultant to join FNZ’s team in Helsinki! In this position you’ll be working closely with FNZ’s Nordic customers and act as a bridge between business requirements and the impact of Migration and the technical components. As Migration Solution Consultant you’ll be leading FNZ’s clients through the Migration implementation, ensuring the requirements from each impacted business unit have been assessed, documented, implemented and ultimately successfully delivered.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expertise and leaderships in areas such as the development of bespoke customer migration requirements and the regulation and advice on platform compliance
  • Working with FNZ’s customers to help define migration and business requirements, providing market expertise as required.
  • Provide training programmes and knowledge transfer services to FNZ’s customers
  • Acting as the link between the Migration and Platform Implementation teams, ensuring that all aspects of new platform implementation, and their impacts, are understood in respect of the migration process.
  • Provide leadership and support the Migration Analysis team, build the team capability and provide support for the more junior team members

As Migration Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a liaison between FNZ and it’s customers, providing your expertise and best practices for successful Migration. You’ll be cooperating with several external stakeholders and internal project members, so we hope that you’re a development- and customer-oriented team-player equipped with good problem-solving skills. Within your previous working experience we appreciate your background in business analyst/consultant/data migration roles and also more importantly your knowledge within the financial/wealth management services.

We expect you to have:

  • Previous experience in Business analysis / Consulting / Migration positions, preferably within Financial services/Wealth Management services
  • An analytical mindset with enthusiasm to establish an environment of continuous improvement and capability development
  • Initiative, solution-oriented and delivery focused working attitude
  • Great collaboration skills and persuasiveness, while working with different stakeholders
  • Ability to work at FNZ’s office or at the Client’s premises at Helsinki from time to time
  • Fluent skills in English and Finnish
