Today, Quuppa team has successfully commercialized their innovation and created a complete product platform – the Quuppa Intelligent Locating System™ – a one-size-fits-all technology platform for Location Based Services and Applications.

Quuppa is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team! In this role you will be responsible for the general tidiness and administrative tasks that support the smooth running of our Espoo office. You will ensure that our common areas are kept in a clean condition by tidying the kitchen and storage facilities, recycling waste and sorting mail. Administrative tasks, on the other hand, include organizing and ordering office supplies, placing lunch card orders and assisting with ad-hocs coming from our HR and marketing teams. You will be a key player in developing Quuppa’s working environment and we are happy to hear new ideas from you – whether it is the interior design of the office or organizing a company event!

We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude and a curious mindset. You are happy to take on new tasks, take responsibility for your own work and ask questions if necessary. The role includes a lot of internal communication, which underlines the importance of great interpersonal skills. We consider previous experience in a similar position as an advantage, but most importantly we appreciate a willingness to learn and to contribute in the working environment.

We are looking for a part-time person to work at our Espoo office approximately 7,5-15 hours per week. There is a lot of flexibility in your working hours so this is an ideal job to match with your studies!

We require you to have:

  • Relevant studies in the field of business (university or university of applied sciences), for example in marketing, human resources, finance
  • Motivation and willingness to learn
  • Great interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to work and a curious mindset
  • Fluent English skills

We consider as an asset:

  • Previous work experience in office environment (e.g. through internship or summer job)
  • Fluent Finnish skills
