Supercell is now offering a perfect chance for a customer service enthusiast to get more experience from player support and the gaming world as a Player Support Specialist! The support team for Finnish players is looking for reinforcements, and you might be the one we are looking for!

As a Player Support Specialist, your responsibility is to provide exceptional player support by being the first point of contact for the Finnish players of all Supercell’s games. You represent Supercell and their brand by answering players’ questions and suggestions that they might have in Finnish by using Supercell’s ticket system. Part of your job description is also to communicate game news and updates to the players to keep them updated with everything related to the games. In addition, developing processes is essential in Supercell, so you provide feedback and bring up your development ideas.

If you love to think, talk and play games, Supercell is the place for you! The ideal match for this job would be a person who truly enjoys learning more about games and helping players with their questions and needs. You don’t need to know every detail about the games right away since you will get proper onboarding and you have the support of Supercell’s global team behind you all the time. In addition, you have experience in customer service or player support, and you have a correct mindset for logical problem-solving, decision-making, and friendly customer service. You also have strong communications skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, you are a quick learner, you have good organization skills and a proactive and flexible working style.

This is a 6-months fixed-term position, Supercell is looking for either one full-time employee or two part-time employees. The preferred starting date for this position is 17.1.2021. The position is fully remote-work and the working hours are primarily from 9 am to 5 pm.
