Fastems is now looking for a Proposal Manager to join our Product and Proposal team in Tampere! Product and Proposal team is responsible for product management and development, creating solutions and technical sales to support Fastems’ sales globally. As a Proposal Manager, you will focus on the robotics offering cases and your main responsibility is to create solutions and proposals based on the customer needs. This includes supporting our sales organization during the sales process and ensuring business profitability by evaluating the right margin and risk level. You will also manage and develop the proposal tools together with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone with a relevant educational background, a few years of work experience in automation and solid skills in robotics. We hope you are eager to take ownership of your work and work both independently and as part of a team. As a person, you have a proactive and self-driven attitude and good networking skills. The role includes close collaboration with international team members and customers which underlines the importance of fluent English skills.

We require you to have:

  • Relevant educational background (e.g. in automation or mechanical engineering)
  • A few years of work experience in automation
  • Solid skills in robotics, e.g programming or application designing
  • Good networking skills and a self-driven attitude
  • Ability to manage complex entities and create clear documentation out of it
  • Fluent English skills

We consider as an asset:

  • Finnish, Swedish and/or German skills
