The Helsinki office serves as the company’s headquarters and provides support for our international distributors and sales network. Primary functions include software development, front-end support, marketing, and more.
David Health Solutions is looking for a Service Engineer to join the team located in Helsinki. In this position your job description includes acting as a technical support for our global distributors, maintenance network and clients as well as assisting in installations of our rehabilitation solutions equipment. You operate as an active technical problem solver amongst our team and while a majority of your tasks can be done remotely, we hope you are ready to travel occasionally as our clients are located all over the world. In addition you will get to participate and play a key role in developing our maintenance and support functions. The complete set of tasks can be adapted according to your skill set and points of interest.
You have a relevant study background for example in the field of IT, electronics or similar. We count prior experience for example working in a company’s IT roles such as development or tech support as beneficial. We hope you know your way around the basics of Linux and server administration. Furthermore programming skills, experience in mechanics and cloud infrastructure are seen as an advantage. However most importantly you are a team player who wants to learn new as a part of our meaningful journey. We do not require you to be an allround expert of all aspects since our team is ready to support your professional growth.

We require you to:
- Have a relevant degree and/or work experience in technical support or other similar area
- Be familiar with the basics of Linux, server administration and network technology
- Have a customer and team-oriented approach
- Be willing to learn new and grow as a professional
- Be fully proficient in English
We consider as an asset:
- Experience in mechanics, programming and/or cloud deployment
- Finnish language skills
In this position you will be employed directly to David Health Solutions.
